Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
The request is made within 7–14 days (customize as per your choice) from the delivery date.
⚠️ Products that are used, damaged by customer, customized, or on clearance/sale are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
Contact our support team at ? support@wallnick.de with your order number, reason for return, and product pictures (if defective/damaged).
Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us (return address will be provided).
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer (as per your choice).
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently allow exchanges only for:
Wrong size or defective product.
If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products).
Innerwear, lingerie, and socks (due to hygiene reasons).
Customized or personalized products.
Clearance or final sale items.
